The bed is comfortable n room is spacious

The couch has very large stain. It's not elderly and wheelchair friendly. Our room had 2 doors so when I went touring, I double locked the pool facing door since I used the other door (facing service room)to go out. When I returned, I couldn't opened the as there is a problem with the key system. Called the staff to help opened the service road door but the door couldn't open so tried to open the pool door. He got angry and grumbling as that door was double locked so can't be opened with the card key. I don't understand why he was angry when the room locking system is faulty. I find that the staff is rude and unprofessional.

Good to eat, many food to choose

I Don't Like It When We Never Put ' Make Out Room ' Sign They Still Went In & Clean It Without Our Permission & Sometime the door it's hard to open & Last Is the WiFi , Hard To Connect other then that , all okay ..

The rooms to the inside of the hotel are probably ok

Got a room outside the main entrance, right in front of the main road. feels like u have motorbikes in your room day and night. apparently the rooms to the inside are only for long term stays. spoke with the staff several times to change rooms but no chance also on the booking site they disguise the terrible view of the room very well and only show the nice pictures but don’t actually show the view from the terrace, which is basically the main road

Staff initiative. When the room key card didn't work at check-in the maintenance guy fiddled around with the lock & got us in & claimed the card worked. He should have reported it & reset the card. Caused some issues later when we tried to get into the room again.

Value for money

The restaurant showed the menu for dinner, but most of the items were unavailable. There is no nearby option for food. During breakfast time also, surprised to hear that no eggs available to make omelette.

Staff are friendly and helpfull

It is an old hotel, need to renovate and i think too expensive with the standard of service and facilities they have. Breakfast is so so...nothing is excellent for the food items.

The day to day staff on the front of house were so lovely

The front of house staff are let down by management ,it was never busy ,staff were plenty but as a caterer myself I can't get why management haven't used the time to train staff,how to take card payments yet signs everywhere advertising the multiple cards they accept,I could go on it's sad because the staff who do the graft in that hotel would be an assett to any bussiness

Nothing at all, perhaps the only thing is they respect the DO NOT DISTURB sign.

Once of the worst hotel and super poorly maintained. A special skill is require to open the door after inserting the key car. Toilet towers are dirty and wood door frame is rotten. Worst - there is a pin head needle on the bed. Luckily I checked else I will be injure by the needle.

Nothing at all...! Cheap and cheerful run down place if that someone fancy then please do visit at your own risk.

1. Staff is soooooo slow and lazy to work! They barely understand English. I had to use google translate all the time to talk to them. Was quite annoying! 2. Their food menu is just half page with 6 dishes only. So please do not depend on their room service. 3. Breakfast was terrible!!! They don't even have a display for eggs; corn flakes milk etc. You need to ask them like a special request to have it. 4. Massage is just oiling you like a chicken and nowhere a traditional massage as their Menu says. And therapist may offer happy ending too and I don't think that's traditional massage ;) 5. You will be shocked to see people jumping in the swimming pool in their usual clothes on. Super unhygienic to see that view. We did not even dip in once after seeing that. 6. They invite outsiders to come for a day visit enjoy the gym; swimming pool and food and thats one of the main reason the culture of the place is more of a day visit club than of a hotel. So much so, if you order room service at anytime of day or night they want you to pay in cash on the spot. Which is quite an unusual practice!

Every night got power failure for few times , aircon not cold , breakfast very bad , lobby atmosphere with cigarette smell , we cannot use swimming pool bcoz everyday close sign n staff cleaning . We will not recommend to our friends, very disappointed

Good location, easy to get rides from Go-Jek, friendly staff, clean rooms

Wifi was not strong - we could barely connect it from our room (we could only connect when at the lobby). And there was a blackout 5 times in one night...

Cliness is very poor. Facilities also poor. Mosquitoes everywhere in the room. Housekeeping also very unsatisfactory. Bathrooms are also not clean. Power cut ten to fifteen times per day.

fast check in and pleasant checkout service. Counter service personnel attended with warm smile.

Water was not clean. (yellowish). Tap water was turned off. Originally water was clean however became yellowish after turned on again. Food for room service delivered late. 1and 1/2 hr late.(reason given was shift change and previous forget to inform of the order although there was a reminder call for the order 45mins after the order was made.
